Stretch For Lower Back

Do you sit all day? Drive all day? Do you carry a heavy bag? Did you hurt your lower back early in life? Here’s a simple but effective stretch for you. When doing the stretch just remember to hold your ankle to close to your buttocks. If you are feeling a pull on your quad you are doing it wrong, remember your leg is supposed to be as close to you as possible. Check it out!  Feel free to ask any questions.
