Hi welcome to another video from StressedOutStressFree.com My name is Vincent Woon. In this video I’m going to answer a question from my Facebook friend who is traveling this coming weekend wants to know what kind of stretches she can do in the airplane. So what do you do when your are in the airplane.
First thing first when you are in an airplane, please, please, please drink a lot of water. Why? because in the airplane you will dehydrate. I actually have a friend, actually client’s, client that has a partner that do a lot of flying in and out, do a lot of seminars across the country and he actually died due to dehydration. So PLEASE drink a lot of water when you fly and dehydration was part of what causes the death.
Anyways let’s come back to the stretches, it’s good to walk around when you are in the plane to move your muscles because of the seating and most seats are pretty tight.
The easiest stretch on the seat is put your hand together and roll it up and try to reach the top of the plane as much as you can and just pull breath in and release, breath out and push imagine pushing all the air out through your fingers or through your hand on the top. Ok take a deep breath and think that your energy is going all the way out through your hand. That help release the chest, shoulder blades and lower back.
And from sitting down you probably, probably your butt hurts right?
Let me show you how to release the tension from the butt. Basically put your hand this way use your finger pad and press into it. press into the area.just do circulation hold it and press into it and move. press into it turn. Use your finger pad, press into it and move, press into it and move, press into it and move that will help release the muscle here.
And the third stretch is use your finger tip again rub on to the lower back to release the tension on the lower back if you have pain basically from sitting down and turn to your left, turn to your right, left right and put pressure on it. put pressure on it  turn to your left, turn to your right, turn to your left, turn to your right.
These are the things I would do in the plane. Thank you for watching and share with your friends and don’t forget to visit my blog at http://www.StressedOutStressFree.com and see you in the next video.
