While I am vacationing in Vermont with my family, my nephew fell while snowboarding and hurt his quad (thigh).

Hi welcome to Stressed Out Stress Free my name is Vincent Woon as you can see here we are in Poultney Vermont where all the snow is and this is my brother in law’s 200 year old farmhouse.

There’s a pond right there and there’s a hill, my kids and their cousins were playing down the slope here and my nephew hurt his quads (thigh) he came back with a pain in the quads right here. Let me show you how to take care of a pain in the quads. Let’s go inside, this is a little cold out here and I’ll show you how to take care of the quads.

Use 2 pillows like this or use 2 towels (rolled up towels) 1 rolled up towel number 2 like this. Make sure your quads is comfortable, put pressure on the pain area and stretch, put pressure and lift your leg or use both hand and squeeze the pain area and lift your leg so you loosen up the tightness on the pain area. Keep doing this until you feel the tightness is soften at the end just rub on to it.

The more you rub until you feel the heat, that’s when heat comes and you feel the circulation and what it does is it  brings blood to the area and create oxygen and when there’s oxygen there’s no pain.
