Hi welcome to StressedOutStressFree.com my name is Vincent Woon. In this video we are going to talk about the mouse
Ooops! not this mouse, medium mouse, small mouse, trackball mouse, wireless mouse, what’s thatHey that’s my daughter’s pet hamster and big mouse
Why are we talking about the mouse today? My wife came back yesterday complaining that she have pain in the hand especially at the web area here. After asking few questions about how her work place is set up. We figured out that, she was using a trackball mouse with a limited space and she uses the mouse a lot.
And I figured the repetitive use of the mouse create pain for her it might create pain for other people like you and what I’n going to do is show you how to loosen the muscles in the area.
Usually this is the pain area, the wrist area and the web. Today I’m going to show you the web. How you dig into the web area. Use your index finger.. find where the pain and all you need to do is move this way like such, push it you’ll feel the knot there and that will loosen up or you can use your thumb same way push it in and the other method is just to put your thumb there and move your other fingers you will feel it or just move this way and you’ll feel the area loosen up or the knot loosen up.
To tackle this area, the wrist area just use your pad of your thumb, push down hold it and then move your hand move your wrist and to finish it you just do a little quick to loosen up the area. Here too, just hold on to it kind of like jiggle it. Push it down too and that’s it.
Thank you very much for watching, this is what I do to release the tension for my wife I hope it helps you too. If you like this video please share it on Facebook and Twitter and if you have any comment please leave it in the comment box below.

Ya! Apa khabar 🙂
My physiotherapist who treated me for wrist pain caused by mouse use told me that there’s going to be an epidemic of this type of wrist injury within a decade. Why? – simply because the conventional computer mouse causes the user to hold their hand/forearm in an unnatural way, causing damage to the sensitive nerve pathways that run through the wrist area. The best solution I’ve found is to throw out your old-fashioned mouse, and switch to an ergonomic one, like the Evoluent.
That mouse looks great, thanks for the recommendation. One thing I tried that was surprisingly comfortable compared to a typical mouse, was to use a pen tablet like a graphic designer might use. Such as a Wacom tablet. I got one to do some Photoshop work and found that it actually felt great just using it as my everyday mouse. Bit of a learning curve, but I like it.
Thanks for sharing 🙂

Thanks ! I think it really works , but can you please tell me whether I can play XBOX games while my hand is in pain ??? I am really anxious about that !!!!
hi im a digital artist and i do use the computer mouse a lot. due to the nature of my work, i tend to lose track of time and tend to work ceaselessly. lately ive been getting this tiredness and tingling pain on my wrist. i feel it from the base of my hand midway towards the elbow. at first i thought it’ll go away but after a month i notice that everytime i twist my arm, i feel this burning pain. do you think its carpal syndrome? will it go away if i treat it? what kind of treatment?
This helped. Thanks.
It really works!!! Thank you so much!
