Tips For Moving

Are you moving or going to move?

There are people who love to move and there are people who hate to move. Some are force to move and some never want to move.

Moving is a very stressful task. First you have to look for a suitable and affordable place to move into. Second you have to choose a day to move. Third you have to start packing a few days or a few week before you move. Fourth the actual moving, making sure you have a big enough truck for the move, having enough people to help, make sure you have the proper attire, proper equipment and tools. Proper method lifting, Fifth unpacking.

Hi welcome to Stressed Out Stress Free dot com my name is Vincent Woon. In this video I’m going to show you techniques to use when you move. When you move from apartment to apartment or house to house. When you move you need to dress proper, like you have a uniform for everything. Make sure you have proper shoes and if you have problem with your lower back or you already have lower back pain or you had problem before try to use one of this exercise belt what it does is when you tighten it up it actually holds your lower back so when you move it doesn’t pull your lower back.

Ok! now I’m going to show you the proper method to carry the box make  the box is fully seal and when you lift the box, bend your knees first not bend down straight and lift it up but bend your knees first, make sure knees are bend and then reach down and pick it up. When you pick it up try to us your front of the leg, here to share the wait and start moving. Alright!

Of course the small boxes are easy and you can use the push cart to move the bigger ones too. Hand truck will be best all you need to do is lift it up and push it in a little and start moving. When you bend down make sure you bend your knees and move and you lift it up and go.

And if you have a huge thing or a long stuff like this try to hold in the middle but not at the end. Why? Because when you hold at the end the weight  goes down, if  you hold in the middle it leverage the weight so it’s not too stressful for you.
