Hi welcome to another video. My name is Vincent Woon. In this video I’m going to share with you a request from aYouTuber who has pain in the shoulder and the neck and needs help in popping it.
There’s three steps to popping your shoulder/neck.
Step number one is to loosen up the shoulder area, shoulder muscles here, along the neck and the neck muscle all loosen up. Do it according to your pain threshold, do not over do it because you might hurt your muscle That’s step number one.
Number two is loosen up your neck. Turn to the left turn to the right loosen up your neck. Left, right and then you can combine both lift up your shoulder and turn your neck loosen up.
Once your neck muscles and your shoulder muscles is loosen up then you are ready to pop your neck.
One very important thing is to drop your shoulder, make sure your shoulders are drop before you actually pop it.
Some people will do it one way like this and some people like to move. Use the hand to do hand on the head and hand on the chin like this.
So basically what you need to do is just turn one direction and then push it opposite direction like such. 1,2,3 and pop. Did you hear that crack? And do the other way 1,2,3 and pop.OK! Go it! So It’s 1,2,3 and push 1,2,3 and push Make Sure your shoulders are drop. OK 1 more time. 1,2,3 and push 1,2,3 and push.
Or I usually do it the easier way like this 1,2,3 and push and 1,2,3 shoulder drop and 1,2,3 and push hear the pop?
Thank you very much for watching this is what I do to pop my neck and I hope it help you too. [..YouTube..] Looks painful the way he does it. When I do its a slow push, not a jerk
[..YouTube..] 5,024 people out of 76,000 died breaking there neck in this vid. i mean u know not that much but at least one.. he gave them there death. nice one man
[..YouTube..] I tried this and now im in the afterlife 🙁
[..YouTube..] great i do it for the first time..thenk u
[..YouTube..] I just bend my head gently to the tension I can feel and have clear knowledge that I can pop. If it’s right on the verge sometimes I gently push my head from the top and crack the tension but I know to never apply more than about 1 or 2lbs of pressure or it could be dangerous.
[..YouTube..] You can go to the gym. Crap a cabel of the capel machine en put it with a cord (rubber flex band) on your head. Move to left and to right. You have the full crack
[..YouTube..] I think I’m borderline breaking my neck right now lol
[..YouTube..] Why are you even checking this out ?
[..YouTube..] I tried it and did use a gentle amount of force . I felt a small adjustment at the base of the neck. It was just enough to free me from that nagging “Crick” in my neck which I have had for 2 weeks.
[..YouTube..] It works doesn’t it? Just have to be gentle, and sensible. Warm up the area and do neck rolls and twists, the chin nudge is really just to add a little extra momentum to a natural head twist. No sane person should think it is correct to punch themselves in the jaw to grip their skull and twist like they are removing a bottle cap!
[..YouTube..] Actually works dnt even need to jerk it though
[..YouTube..] Jesus am I the only one who was waiting for his ass to just collapse when he did that..
[..YouTube..] whiplash at 1:47 lol
[..YouTube..] hahahaha i laughed so much at that part.. he failed big time
[..YouTube..] Fank you show mush.
[..YouTube..] I can’t stop laughing at his examples! woohoohooo hahaha!
[..YouTube..] Oooone, twoooo, threee… Break your neck and Wheel chair… Advice: too much rotation with extension kills my friend
Hi,
I can t see the movment for dropped shoulder.May I get an explanation, please?
[..YouTube..] Vince Spoon? Beautiful editing by the way. and is giving advice.
[..YouTube..] dubloo dubloo dubloo .com
[..YouTube..] Won… Chew… Tree… and gfrcgfgngbvfb
[..YouTube..] To everyone who thinks you can kill yourself doing this: It’s actually quite difficult to break your (or someone else’s) neck. The force you would need to apply is beyond the strength of most people: the muscles are very strong.
[..YouTube..] i cant move my neck to the left i woke up in bed put my fingers on my chin and pushed up and herd a crack now i cant move it to the left
After rotating your shoulder upward and forward and upward and backward to loosen up the muscles then just drop your shoulder by dropping your hands down.
[..YouTube..] I wish I never learned to crack my neck. I’ve cracked my knuckles since the 4th grade when a girl in class who always cracked hers taught me. I started karate in the early 90’s and was doing neck rolls one day during my stretching. My neck popped and I was jolted with a new feeling that went from my neck down my back. Now I can’t stop cracking whatever joint in my body. I like popping the tendons behind my shin. Just flex it by extending you foot or standing on the balls of your feet.
[..YouTube..] Youre an idiot for believing this and the only reason i chiropractor would be against is because he/she is essentially losing business. Theres nothing bad/dangerous with popping any joint in your body.
[..YouTube..] Ouch.
[..YouTube..] Totally agree! This guy is bad news!
[..YouTube..] I’ve been cracking my neck for a long time, almost 20 years or so. I’ve never had to my jerk my neck so swiftly and violently or even use my hands. You can gently move your neck and can feel if the synovial fluid needs cracking. If it doesn’t you’ll know that too cause you won’t feel anything between the joints. Doing it like this is just asking for severe whiplash or a broken neck. Honestly I jumped back when you did that to your neck. I couldn’t imagine doing it like this.
[..YouTube..] HOW THE FUCK ARE TOU NOT DEAD
[..YouTube..] What was that he is dead meat
[..YouTube..] Yes, its dangerous. But its you can’t say its 1/8th of an inch past tension, as it is different for every person and every joint. Example: the amplitude used in cervical adjustments vs lumbar or thoracic adjustments. Very different! Also, this methed is no more or less likely to cause a stroke than the Chiropractic adjustment. Where is the evidence for that? There is none. The risk here is ligament damage and subsequent cervical dysfuntion, among other things.
[..YouTube..] Hilarious video. Check out my channel for genuine ways to stop neck pain.
[..YouTube..] This guys a fucking retard.
[..YouTube..] Hey it worked perfect thankyou so much
[..YouTube..] this looks dangerous as fuck
[..YouTube..] The above comment is absolutely correct. DO NOT self adjust your neck. As a doctor of chiropractic I have personally seen patients who have caused vertebral artery damage from doing this on themselves. A chiropractor’s technique is very precise and is refined over hundreds of hours of hands on education. Please do not self adjust.
[..YouTube..] The “crack” has nothing to do with the adjustment. If it was I could of save a lot of money and not gone to chiropractic school. Keep teaching people how to screw themselves up, I could use the extra business.
[..YouTube..] Don’t self adjust your neck, it can cause damage!
[..YouTube..] Seriously guys, there is a proper way to do this…And it feels amazing! Check my video out, you’ll love it!
[..YouTube..] AWESOME!! THX!!
[..YouTube..] CONTEST:If you think you have the best neck/back/ whatever crack video, post it as a response video to my neck crack video (it is on my youtube homepage)Accepting all videos. Winner will be chosen, and fully paid for to have it featured on Youtube’s homepage starting on June. 14th.Good luck all!(This is a social media project at school, please help me out here :))
[..YouTube..] am too scherd
[..YouTube..] Yeah i wanna die?
[..YouTube..] That is good it is what I do
[..YouTube..] wow. and this is what they call “natural selection”. i sincerely hope the folks watching this don’t try it. as many doctors of chiropracTIC have stated on here, this is how you tear vertebral arteries and die.
[..YouTube..] Wow thank you so much. So I had a bad knot in my shoulder from a bad backpack. The knot was causing pain in my neck. Felt like my bone was moving out of place. I’m so scared of this stuff even when I go to a chiropractor. But I had to and I did it along with his 1 2 and 3 and bam i got the tiniest pop! BUT IT WAS AMAZING the relief INSTANT! thank you so much again I had it for like days~~~
[..YouTube..] Well obviously the people doing that to themselves or their patient forgot the difference between sudden and powerful.
[..YouTube..] @TheEpicBaklava no, they obviously just don’t know anatomy and biomechanics. the relief you got is a release of endorphins from a traumatic experience. you didn’t fix a thing.
