Hi welcome to another video. My name is Vincent Woon. In this video I’m going to share with you a request from aYouTuber who has pain in the shoulder and the neck and needs help in popping it.
There’s three steps to popping your shoulder/neck.
Step number one is to loosen up the shoulder area, shoulder muscles here, along the neck and the neck muscle all loosen up. Do it according to your pain threshold, do not over do it because you might hurt your muscle That’s step number one.
Number two is loosen up your neck. Turn to the left turn to the right loosen up your neck. Left, right and then you can combine both lift up your shoulder and turn your neck loosen up.
Once your neck muscles and your shoulder muscles is loosen up then you are ready to pop your neck.
One very important thing is to drop your shoulder, make sure your shoulders are drop before you actually pop it.
Some people will do it one way like this and some people like to move. Use the hand to do hand on the head and hand on the chin like this.
So basically what you need to do is just turn one direction and then push it opposite direction like such. 1,2,3 and pop. Did you hear that crack? And do the other way 1,2,3 and pop.OK! Go it! So It’s 1,2,3 and push 1,2,3 and push Make Sure your shoulders are drop. OK 1 more time. 1,2,3 and push 1,2,3 and push.
Or I usually do it the easier way like this 1,2,3 and push and 1,2,3 shoulder drop and 1,2,3 and push hear the pop?
Thank you very much for watching this is what I do to pop my neck and I hope it help you too. [..YouTube..] thanks, this works, I’ve never been able to crack my own neck.
[..YouTube..] 1..2…3 and a vegetable!
[..YouTube..] Dangerous
[..YouTube..] Great! feel better 🙂
[..YouTube..] All the chiropractors I worked with do it this way 🙂
[..YouTube..] Now you found the correct technique 🙂
[..YouTube..] Now you can tell your friends you did it 🙂
[..YouTube..] Omgggg it worked!!!!! Thank u. Lol
[..YouTube..] You are my hero, thats the first time my neck popped in 3 years!
[..YouTube..] Are you a Chiropractor? What gives you the right to give advice on how to manipulate spines? Do you have liability insurance for the people dumb enough to practice this? You’re an idiot.
[..YouTube..] Chiropractors find specific areas that need adjusting, and don’t gross manipulate the entire neck leading to cervical instability –> which tightens your neck muscles for support –> which makes your neck feel stiff again –> causing you to want to crack your neck again…
[..YouTube..] DO NOT follow the advice given in this video. While the treatment may feel good and relieve your pain temporarily, you can do some serious damage to your central nervous system and spinal cord. What are this man’s qualifications which allow him to give medical advice? Is he trained in the medical profession? It is ILLEGAL in the US to present yourself as an expert in a field of medicine and dispense medical advice with out being licensed.
[..YouTube..] 1, 2, 3 and… *EARTHQUAKE* Did you hear the crack??
[..YouTube..] Yes, there is an artery that runs down the upper cervical spine, but it would take an enormous amount of strength to rupture it. Think about it….severe auto accident whiplash, broken neck, and artery is still intact, or the person would be dead. However, when the “cracking/popping” becomes constant and daily over long periods of time, this is when “damage” occurs. Damage then includes Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy= damaged cervical ligaments which stabilize your neck-you need these!

[..YouTube..] When ligaments become stretched, they in turn atrophy. Thus, neck instability occurs, creating neck pain, because the cervical muscles have to then take over the job of keeping the spine protected.

[..YouTube..] @hvfxemx yes. It was my sad days when i used to work out hard for hours and not getting muscles at all. Between I saw a video which helped me fix 2 simple mistakes nearly everyone makes. must watch this killer video methods here –> bit.ly/RNFK18?=xakcdr
[..YouTube..] This is AMAZING!!!! I have herniated disks in my neck and spine. I am always in pain and I have never been able to do this myself. Thank you soo much. I will subscribe to your channel 😀
[..YouTube..] Thanks! 🙂
[..YouTube..] ‘1,2,3 and oh shit my legs!’
[..YouTube..] This is what is known as a “master cervical” adjustment that olden day chiropractors use to use. Its frowned upon now a days because of the possibility for damaging tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels in the neck region due to the wrenching/torque placed on the neck. PRACTICE AT YOUR OWN RISK
[..YouTube..] False. In fact you can look at many peer reviewed articles that will show simple contraindications for the use of any adjusting technique in the cervical spine. Things such as hypertension are a great example. High blood pressure causes arteries to become swollen and brittle to carry extra work loads. Combine that with the Vertebral arteries course into the skull and the torque placed on the neck doing such a maneuver you could very easily give yourself a stroke.
[..YouTube..] LOL…well, first of all…if u broke your neck, then you wouldnt be able to “type” that u cannot feel your legs! haha! secondly, obviously, this is NOT a good thing to be goiing around doing. However, the risk of stroke that was mentioned along with high blood pressure…well, those are special pre-existing conditions! not “the norm.”

[..YouTube..] also, more likely than a stroke, or paralysis…would be a condition called “wry neck” from a severe soft tissue spasm. basically, I do NOT agree with anyone doing this…however, it would take pre existing spinal conditions, cardio risk, along with age and prior trauma that could cause trauma to somebody cracking their neck. bottom line: MILLIONS of people crack their own necks and see chiropractors and they are not all dropping dead!

[..YouTube..] If the medical community applied your logic for strokes related to neck adjustments to deaths due to vaccines, there would be no vaccines practiced. As there are risks in almost any treatment, we accept to live with the risks rather than the disease. To claim that someone may “very easily give themselves a stroke” is rather disengenuous. A more accurate statement would be that they could hurt themselves by overstretching.
[..YouTube..] Man it workd! 🙂
[..YouTube..] I would agree with your comment if this were simply a stretch but a violent “jerk” of the cervical spine is anything but that. Vaccines are created by those with a background, degree, and years of training in their respective field. Much like a chiropractor has the same resume for theirs. Yes the risk are very miniscule but they have years of training for these maneuvers. An audible cavitation does not mean it was done correctly or safely. Merely enough force was placed on the joints.
[..YouTube..] Please don’t do fusion surgery on your neck or back it could ruin your life. Check out my video WHY NECK AND BACK FUSIONS AREN’T RECOMMENDED
[..YouTube..] It worked!
[..YouTube..] This looks quite scary though.. I have often popped my neck and head too, but now that i’m having some misalignment on my cervical spine. I wonder if this method by Mr Vincent would cause any damage or subluxation to the spine?
[..YouTube..] Is this safe?
[..YouTube..] this is cool.
[..YouTube..] laughed so hard
[..YouTube..] So let me clearify your point the risk of dying of a stroke is worth the benifit of felling a little looser in your neck. hmmmmmmmmmm your an idiot
[..YouTube..] @StressedOutStressFre
[..YouTube..] @vivalaJamie01
[..YouTube..] Wow, I was a little skeptical, but it worked! I’ve been going to chiropractors for years and they are great, but now I don’t have to wait. Thanks Vince!
[..YouTube..] And yet you drive to work everyday despite the risk of dying in a car crash… mr simpleton.
[..YouTube..] i went to hospital doing this shit
[..YouTube..] Guy below me XD
[..YouTube..] Guy below me XD
[..YouTube..] Guy below the guy below me lol
[..YouTube..] Guy below the guy below me lol
[..YouTube..] Wow. One handed worked great. Thanks for the video.
[..YouTube..] I still can’t do it 🙁
[..YouTube..] I can’t feel my legs.
[..YouTube..] AHH I JUST BROKE MY NECK
