Have you ever wake up with a pain in the upper back and really need a real quick chiropractic adjustment. How do you do that without going to the chiropractor?

Hi welcome to StressedOutStressFree.com my name is Vincent Woon. In this video I’m going to show you how to pop your back or give yourself a chiropractic adjustment to your back.

Do you ever wake up and sometimes find tightness in the back? In the back are here, like right here and you need to somehow pop it or just adjust it.

One of my friend was asking me this on Facebook and asking for help.

These are a some of the things that I would do!

First you need to Stand up straight , bend your body, when you bend  your forehead needs to bend towards  your knees. hold the back of your knees as you bend . And you’l feel your back popping as your forehead approaching your knees.

Through out this video I’m going to refer to about your sacrum area or your butt area and this is what I meant by your butt area. This is your butt area your sacrum area, this is your butt here but the area I’m talking about is here. Where the sacrum and the triangle is. Right here! Right down here. And this is what I meant when I refer to the butt area.

For this stretch you need to have an exercise ball. The exercise ball a great tool to strengthen your muscles and make sit ups easy. First sit and  balance your self on the exercise ball, Once you are balance, lie down and make sure your body (your shoulder to the butt) should be on the ball. Hands behind your head  Once you are stable, start bouncing your butt or your sacrum area into the ball and your back will start popping and you feel the release right away.

The third is to have someone help you pop it. Have the other person’s back facing your back. Interlock the inside of your elbow with the other person’s elbow, sacrum or butt area to butt area. Once the elbows are secure have the other person bend forward and stop mid way like such and start bouncing and you should feel the back popping

Last but not least is my favorite! you need to lay down on the floor and someone step or jump on your back. Feet parallel away from the spine and jump or bounce then step. It feels like getting a chiropractic adjustment.
