Hi welcome to StressedOutStressFree.com My name is Vincent Woon. In this video I’m going to share with you about lower back pain. What causes lower back pain? Lower back pain could be caused by lower back strain, herniated disc, or accident and sometimes from exercising. Yes! from exercising.

What do when you have lower back pain?

Number one – You can find a pole or monkey bar and hang like such, grab the bar and lift your leg up. By lifting your leg up, you are putting weight on your lower part of the body and what that does is it helps elongate your spinal cord and actually make space and take off pressure from your spinal cord.

The second thing you can do is to look for a good chiropractor. How do you look for a good chiropractor? A good chiropractor is a chiropractor that cares, not the one that wanted to see you three times a week for six months. Those chiropractors just want to put you in the system and get paid. Look for the one that really cares and takes his time to explain what’s going on and what he’s going to do for you. It is difficult to look for a good one but if you continue looking and keep on looking you’ll get a real good one.

Three is to exercise. Not any exercise but swimming. Why? Because it helps ease up the stress on your lower back. For example if you run or you jog it helps take out the pressure from jogging and running and help ease up the pain from your knees or the ankle.

The fourth thing you can do if you try all these first three steps and it doesn’t work, you can use natural pain relief Topricin it comes in a tube or comes in a jar like this. It’s expensive but it’s really, really GOOD! I’ve been using this for a while and it really help release the pain.
